Once we have obtained Planning Permission, we manage the ongoing sale of the land to a housebuilder.

Marriott Land receive a modest share of the sale price once the land is sold.
Peter will agree the planning strategy with the landowner from the outset. Following this, he will give frequent feedback to the landowner who can have as much or as little involvement as they choose.
Development is an emotive subject that impacts a wide range of people. As a smaller outfit, Marriott Land offers a more personalised approach that is often preferred by landowners, local communities and Councils alike. Peter Marriott - the person on the front line - is also the key decision maker. This makes for more genuine and effective communication.
